Bomei Packaging Strict Quality Inspections

Material Assessment

Strictly control raw material, measure the film thickness, size, and printing design.
Material Strength Test

Use a tensile tester to test the strength of the raw material to ensure that the bag material is strong enough.
Color Test

When printing, it is necessary to compare the color with the Pantone to confirm that it can meet the customer's requirements.
Composite Strength Test

At Bomei we operate gravure and offset print technology though our network of global print partners.
Air Tightness Test

We use an air tightness tester to test finished bags for air tightness to ensure our products are air tight.
Drop Test

The Pouches are dropped 3 times from a height 1.2 meters, in order to detect them.
